The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:

More off-the-charts November warmth today! This morning, Albany didn’t go lower than 67 degrees. For perspective, the average afternoon high this time of year is in the low 50’s. We’re between high pressure off the coast and an approaching front.

The net result is another round of blustery weather, with winds out of the south pumping the temps up to a high of 74 despite clouds and a few passing showers. The record for the day is 73, so expect more history to be made.

We stay very mild once again this evening, with lows in the upper 40’s for the Adirondacks… but 50’s and 60’s for everyone else.

One more warm day Monday before November makes a comeback. Highs will be right around 70, with less windy (but still breezy) conditions.

Election Day is cooler, with Tuesday highs in the low 50’s. A Wednesday morning low temp in the mid 20’s will certainly be a shock to the system after all this warmth… but we’ll make it through! Milder with shower chances returning by Veteran’s Day.
