The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:
Sunday won’t bring quite as much sun! A storm system moving up the coast will pass close enough to bring us more cloud cover throughout the day. By late afternoon or early evening, there could be a few showers, especially from Albany and towards the southeast.
Temperatures wind up slightly cooler this time around, with highs in the low 60’s. The sun goes down at 6:00 PM sharp – from here on out, we get pretty dark pretty early. With the time change in early November, sunset will jump to the 4:00 PM hour… winter’s on its way, folks!
Showers stick around overnight and into the first part of the day Monday. Temps stay cool but seasonable, peaking near 60. We’ll clear out a little Tuesday, with temps soaring to the 70 degree mark. A great weather day!
Wednesday looks to be about as warm, but with another chance for scattered showers. Then temperatures fall back to where they should be this time of year – in the upper 50’s to kick off next weekend.
