4/26/19: Rainy Friday..COOL Weekend with a Windy Saturday & Soggy Sunday

Weather Blog
4/26 Late night weather

Rain is likely anytime today. It’ll be a wet day with steady rain picking up to be heavy at times. Watch for downpours, roadspray and plenty of puddles with an easy 1-2.5″ worth of rain by tonight-early Saturday. Some already running high rivers and creeks to our north can give us a concern for flash flooding.

Rain continues tonight and some spotty showers possible into Saturday. We’ll always hang onto the clouds and it’ll be quite cool and windy. Highs will only reach the lower 50s and wind gusts can be as strong as 40-45 mph (especially in the hills & higher elevation).

Showers will return Sunday (mainly afternoon & early evening). Sunday will be quite cool again with highs near 50 degrees. We’ll dry out by late Sunday night so it’ll be nice to dry out Monday & actually bring back some sunshine! Temperatures will remain cooler than average through early next week but it looks like we can get back to near seasonable by the end of the week…
