Today is kicking off with showers and it’s quite a wet start but we’ll find those showers exiting as late as 10-11AM. Winds will be gusty this afternoon near 30-35mph. Clouds will win the rest of the day and temperatures will continue warming into the mid 50s…in fact, our temperatures will be warming overnight and we’ll find the lower 70s by Friday afternoon!
As we dry this afternoon-evening (with the exception of some drizzle) we’ll continue drying through most of Friday. There’s a slim chance for some early sun Friday morning before clouds rule the rest of the day. We’ll see showers and thunderstorms after 6-7PM tomorrow night and through the overnight.
Your holiday weekend is going to be soggy…showers are likely anytime Saturday, we could even see some spotty thunderstorms. Unfortunately, any plans Saturday will be pretty wet and with an easy 1″ or so worth of rain-there can be some localized flooding? We’ll have to keep an eye on some already high creeks and rivers.
With the wet Saturday-it’s actually looking drier for Easter Sunday. We’ll still have a few showers Sunday but we’ll find some dry time between the bands of rain. Next week will feature some brighter days and even more warmth in the 70s!
