Some overnight snow continues into this morning with a general few inches possible with higher amounts in higher elevations. Most roads are running wet and treated roads will help with cutting snow totals but be careful for slick travel on secondary streets.
Some steadier snow has been holding up towards Amsterdam and through Saratoga County but this isn’t a lot of snow-it’s the timing with rush hour and more people on the roads for holiday travel.
Wednesday will be brighter and quite brisk and winds can gust near 40 mph. We can’t rule out some afternoon snow showers. Thanksgiving will be frigid with highs barely into the lower 20s and winds making it FEEL closer to 0 degrees. It’ll be one of the coldest Thanksgiving in over a century (since 1901) !
