Latest Storm Tracker Forecast by Meteorologists Steve Caporizzo and Tim Drawbridge
A Wind Chill ADVISORY is posted for the Adirondack Park from 10pm this evening thru 10am Friday….
for wind chill / feels like values as cold as -25°.
A disturbance is making its way across the region….
but, its the difference in pressure between the departing low and the incoming high that’s creating the wind and bringing in the colder air….
Perhaps a few flurries this evening / snow showers in the hilltowns and mountains. Skies will become partly cloudy overnight as the wind remains an issue ALL night as wind chill / feels like values will be well below zero heading back to work and school in the morning….
It’ll be partly sunny for Friday….
and windy as high temps will barely touch 20° in Albany….
We’ll be tracking a storm passing by to our south on Saturday….
as it remains seasonably chilly Sunday and temps moderate a bit the first half of next week.
Have a good night….
