Man rescued from Berkshire Spur bridge

SCHODACK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Police are investigating after a man was rescued from the base of the bridge that carries the Berkshire Spur in Schodack.

Around 5:20 p.m. Friday, police said the man was on the center support column of the bridge and was rescued by a man in a boat.

The man does not have any major injuries, and he is at Albany Medical Center being evaluated.
