PETERSBURG, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The body of an unidentified female was found in the area of Cherry Plain State Park in Rensselaer County. The sheriff’s office said the body was found under suspicious circumstances on Sunday.
The victim’s identity will be released after an autopsy, which is scheduled for later in the week.
Police are not releasing any other details at this time.
