Shane Conacher: From hockey player to cancer survivor

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Shane Conacher grew up in Burlington, ON playing road hockey and ice hockey with his brothers and sister.

Safe to say, he is currently living out his dream, one step at a time, inching closer to the NHL.

That dream was almost taken away when he heard “YOU HAVE CANCER.”
