COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Albany International Airport is set to receive millions of dollars in funding as a part of a new program. The airport will receive $2 million from the Airport Terminal Grant Program.
The money will go toward upgrades at the air traffic control towers as well as improving the airport’s HVAC system. Officials said the improvement projects will improve the energy efficiency of the building.
