KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Naseem Pass, 25, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Pass was found to possess a loaded 9mm Taurus pistol with a defaced serial number during a traffic stop.

Both Pass and the driver of the vehicle attempted to flee on foot. Sentencing is scheduled for November 21. The driver’s case is pending an appearance later this month.
