If you’ve spent much time at the Cohoes Music Hall, you’ve probably heard the legend of Eva Tanguay, a popular vaudeville performer who began her career in the Capital Region in the early 1900’s.
At the height of her career, you could catch her strutting across the stage somewhere on Broadway, but legend has it, Cohoes always held a special place in her heart and she just couldn’t stay away… even after her death.
In the spirit of Halloween, NEWS10 ABC crews went on a chilling search for Eva’s ghost with intuitive medium Christine Seebold. Christine relayed messages from the beyond while Music Hall employees shared tales of ghostly encounters around the venue.
Christine promised that by the end of our tour our crews would be “thoroughly freaked out,” and she definitely delivered on that promise…
