COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – After almost three years, a local organization is getting a lease to start helping homeless veterans.
The Soldier On program received a 50 year lease approved for the vacant Ann Lee Nursing Home in Colonie.
Soldier On said they will begin rehabilitating the old building to serve as a housing and treatment center for homeless veterans.
