When it comes to making New Year’s resolutions, health and fitness goals are usually the most popular.
According to a University of Scranton study, only 8 percent of people complete their fitness resolutions. The Schenectady Jewish Community Center is trying to change those stats.

The fitness centers offers more than 60 group fitness classes each week – ranging from water fitness to indoor spinning classes.
