GLENVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The town of Glenville has declared a snow emergency. It will be in effect from midnight Monday through midnight on Wednesday.
No on-street parking will be allowed on town roads. Town code forbids on-street, overnight parking from October until May, but the snow emergency extends the rule to include any time of day, according to Town Supervisor Chris Koetzle.
