QUEENSBURY, NY (NEWS10) – On Saturday, August 6, at around 2:44am, police stopped a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Joshua McNab of Rexford, NY on Ridge Road in the town of Queensbury for traveling at a high rate of speed.

McNab was then arrested for DWI after he failed Field Sobriety Tests.

McNab refused to submit a chemical test. McNab was charged with the misdemeanors of DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree and also issued tickets for speeding and refusal to take a breath test.

McNab was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and remanded to Warren County Jail.
