Retail shops clear their shelves following Massachusetts Vape Ban


PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) — Tobacco retailers in Berkshire County are emptying their shelves.

In response to the alarming number of vaping related illnesses, the governor issued a temporary ban on the sale of all vaping products. 

This includes both online and retail sales, along with marijuana vaping products.  The ban takes effect immediately and will last through January 25th, 2020.
