‘Rally For Lally’: School shows support for teacher with cancer

News

The ‘Rally For Lally’ T-shirts are hard to miss when walking down the Columbia High School hallways.

Earlier this year, Special Ed Teacher Mary Lally was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

Beloved in the school, teachers and students wanted to show their support. They made #RallyForLally T-shirts and used the proceeds to benefit her medical bills.

Hundreds of shirts later, they were able to raise more than $2,000.00 to help Ms. Lally. The school plans to wear the shirts on Wednesdays when she has chemo appointments.
