RAINBOW LAKE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say a man broke into a home and stole a kitchen worth of stuff.

Officials say on August 16, police arrested 32-year-old Arthur Besio of Rainbow Lake for the burglarizing a home that was unoccupied.

On July 21 State Police responded to a residential burglary on County Route 60 in Gabriels. An investigation revealed that the home had been broken into sometime between mid-June and towards the end of July.

Police say Besio forced his way in through a back door and stole a pellet stove, washer and dryer and refrigerator.

Following the execution of a search warrant at Besio’s house, items from the burglary were located and he was arrested. He was charged with Burglary in the second degree, a class C Felony.

Besio was arraigned in the Town of Brighton Court where he was remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
