Tonko to deliver live response to Biden’s first joint session address

AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Congressman Paul Tonko will hold a virtual press conference on April 28 at 10 p.m. after President Biden concludes his first joint session address to Congress.

Biden is expected to reflect on his first 100 days in office and outline his administration’s work, planning and vision to address the global COVID pandemic, infrastructure, rebuilding America’s economy and more.
