Gov. Cuomo calls off proposed stretch limo ban

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is calling off his proposed ban on “stretch” limousines.

Limo companies are praising the move because the initial proposal would have likely put some companies out of business and forced them to sell their fleets.

David Brown, the owner of Premier Transportation, says these companies are not out of the woods just yet.

He says the initial proposal was a “knee-jerk” reaction and is happy with the decision to call it off.
