Ex-New York postal worker charged with stalking

WALWORTH, N.Y. (WROC) — A retired postal worker was arrested at his Walworth home for sending threatening letters to other mail carriers.

New York State Police say 61-year-old Timothy Bilak sent the letters to other retired and current postal employees to scare them.

He has been charged with stalking.
