The U.S. Department of Justice says it is currently engaged in plea negotiations with three defendants regarding NXIVM.

The three individuals were not named during a court hearing on Monday.

The announcement comes after Nancy Salzman pleaded guilty last week in federal court.

This all coming as a pre-trial forum was held at the Time Union’s Hearst Media Center.

The panel included Raniere’s former girlfriend Barbara Bouchey, media law expert Michael Grygiel, and actress Catherine Oxenberg.
