Verizon is expected to unveil a free robocall blocking app by the end of March, according to a report by Forbes.

Millions of Americans get these illegal unwanted calls on a regular basis.

The wireless company already offers a paid blocking app for $2.99 a month. Forbes reports that the paid app tries to block suspicious calls by comparing them to a known list of spam numbers.

Verizon is expected to release instructions on how Verizon customers can get the free robocalling app.

AT&T and Comcast have announced they are working together to try and limit robocalls for their customers.
