Kohl’s to start accepting Amazon returns

Attention, Amazon shoppers! Returning your purchases is about to become a whole lot easier, and we have a fellow retailer to thank for this.

Kohl’s announcing ealier this week that they will start accepting returns from Amazon customers for free. This service will be avaible at all Kohl’s stores beginning in July. All the shopper has to do is take their returns to a Kohl’s customer service desk. The store will package the items and ship them back to Amazon. 

Kohl’s brought Amazon into a small number of its stores about two years ago. Kohl’s believes that this expanded partnership could help attract younger shoppers who will shop in store after making their return.
