In an exclusive interview with ABC News, President Trump’s former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen is speaking out.
Cohen says the president directed him to break campaign finance laws during the 2016 campaign which the president fiercely denies.
The legal trouble surrounding the president is intensifying. There is word of another federal investigation related to his inauguration and spending.
“I did not do it to embarrass the president. He knows the truth and I know the truth,” Cohen said.
Federal prosecutors built the case that lead to a three year prison sentence for Cohen and a cooperation agreement with long-time Trump friend David Pecker.
