National Grid crews deck the halls at Albany Ronald McDonald House

‘Tis the season to make an impact!

“We’ve got over 50 people and we’re trying to give them a little bit of festivities and happiness at the Ronald McDonald House,” said Laurie Poltynski, the director of customer and community management at National Grid.

For seven years in a row, National Grid volunteered to decorate the Albany Ronald McDonald House – which provides free housing for families with children undergoing long-term medical care.

Lights, wreaths and a special Christmas tree were just a few ways the National Grid employees spread the holiday cheer.
