TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)—It’s been nearly ten years since the old Troy city hall was torn down.  At the time it was hoped a development plan would come forward.  Mayor Patrick Madden and the city sent out Requests for Qualification and got four responses. The next step is to choose who the city will work with and that will happen in the next few months.
