Vermont man arrested in connection with June fatal shooting in Albany

Albany Police have made a second arrest in connection with a fatal shooting on Livingston Avenue in June.

Police arrested 21-year-old Trayron Palmer of Vergennes, Vt on Friday night on charges of second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court Saturday morning.

Police say Palmer and Shaquille Moore, who was arrested on July 16, shot and killed 20-year-old Equan Fallen on Livingston Avenue on Tuesday, June 12.

Moore is currently being held in Albany County Jail following his arraignment on murder and criminal weapon possession charges in June.
