U.S. Marshals post notice on Allison Mack's condo

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) - The federal government has hinted that there could soon be more changes and arrests in connection to the Capital Region cult NXIVM. Now it appears there has been some movement on this.

Notices on two known NXIVM connected properties show federal agents have in fact been in the Knox Woods neighborhood recently. The signs appear on actress Allison Mack’s condo as well as one other location. Both are stamped with US Marshal seals, the papers ban anyone from entering the properties or removing anything from them.

However, NEWS10 ABC did observe two men clearing out Mack’s apartment months before these notices went up. Neighbors also tell NEWS10's Ayla Ferrone they have been approached by federal agents in the neighborhood over the past few weeks.

Mack is currently facing federal sex trafficking charges alongside NXIVM leader Keith Raniere. They are to appear in federal court in Brooklyn on July 25, with a tentative trial date set for October.
