TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The City of Troy is once again calling on developers to send proposals to build on One Monument Square.
The city is looking to shape the waterfront and cityscape on the site where City Hall once stood and has sat bare for almost a decade. Several developers have come and gone due to residents’ disapproval of proposed plans.
Developers can begin to submit bids starting Friday with responses due by 4 p.m. on May 10.
Copies of the Monument Square RFQ can be obtained from the City of Troy’s Purchasing Department located at 433 River St. beginning Friday, April 12.
Developers can request electronic documents from Claudia Mahoney at Claudia.email@example.com.
