City officials have issued a traffic advisory for parking restrictions and temporary road closures in downtown Troy and the Frear Park neighborhood associated with a multi-day film production beginning Sunday, October 28.

Residents, businesses, and visitors will be provided access to properties. Pedestrian traffic will flow as normally possible. Motorists should observe all posted parking restrictions and detours.

The production will involve parking restrictions, intermittent road closures and/or detours on the following streets:

Sunday, October 28

  • Temporary/intermittent closure of Frear Park Road between North Lake Avenue and Oakwood Avenue from 8:00 am until 12:00am, Monday, October 29
  • Temporary/intermittent closure of 15th Street between Park Boulevard and Frear Park Road from 8:00 am until 12:00am, Monday, October 29
  • Parking restrictions on 15th Street between Park Boulevard and Frear Park Road from 8:00 am until 12:00am, Monday, October 29
  • Temporary/intermittent closure and parking restrictions on 16th Street between Park Boulevard and Sausse Avenue from 8:00 am until 12:00am, Monday, October 29. Additional parking restrictions in the vicinity of the following intersections
    • Park Boulevard and 16th Street
    • Massachusetts Avenue and 16th Street
    • Sausse Avenue and 16th Street
  • Parking will also be restricted in the north parking lot of the Frear Park Ice Rink and Tennis Court parking lot

Monday, October 29

  • Parking restrictions and temporary closure of River Street between 1st Street and State Street from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm

Sunday, November 4 – Thursday, November 8

  • Parking restrictions on 16th Street between Park Boulevard and Sausse Avenue from 2:00 pm to 6:00 am each day, until Thursday, November 8. Additional parking restrictions in the vicinity of the following intersections
    • Park Boulevard and 16th Street
    • Massachusetts Avenue and 16th Street
    • Sausse Avenue and 16th Street
