These are the most popular toys this holiday season your kids probably want


Deal website RetailMeNot has just released the hottest toys this holiday season.  Some of the top trending toys include fuzzy small animals and toys that have bonus mini surprises within them.  Check out the list below:

1. Promises (14.99) for ages 3 and up
These are adorable little glittery, interactive furry pets.  The tail wraps around a child’s wrist or backpack. The respond to certain stimuli like purring or hiccupping.The small animals have huge eyes that glow colors revealing their mood. A rainbow means they’re super happy and blue means they’re sad.

2. Scruff-A-Luvs ($19) 2 and up
This is another pet toy with big eyes, Scruff-A-Luvs come as matted furballs but once you wash, dry and brush their hair out a new pet is revealed!  Children will be excited to see whether they get a bunny, kitten or puppy.  A part of the purchase also goes toward benefiting ASPCA.

3. Grumblies ($19.99) 3 and up
The more you irritate this gremlin looking toy the more fun the kids will have.  Children can poke or flip it eventually making it go into full meltdown mode.  They are capable of up to 40 different reactions ranging from sounds effects to changing colors.

4. Fingerlings HUGS ($29.99) for ages 3 and up
These are interactive baby monkeys that provide endless hugs.  They can respond to motion, sound and touch.  They’ll also show affection when they’re tickled or thrown into the air. They come in pink or blue.

5. Zuru Rainbocorns Squin Surprise (24.99) ages 3 and up
Every one of these comes with a big pink reusable egg. Children get excited to unbox them and find a little surprise inside. Each toy  comes with a tiny collectible hiding in the little egg. Children can collect 20 different little items.

6. L.O.L Surprise! Bigger Surprise ($90) ages 5 and up
This packs in more than 60 surprises.  Contains limited edition dolls and pets.

7. Twisty Petz ($14.99) ages 6 and up
Kids can turn these animals into sparkly fashion bracelets, necklaces or accessories for their backpacks.  They can collect more than 70 Twisty Petz which include kitties, zebras elephants and pandas.

8. Don’t step in It! Unicorn Edition! ages 4 and up
Children can make unicorn poop out of colorful clay.  Players them place them on the mat and other blindfolded players have the dodge the mess.
