Students clean up Prospect Park

College students volunteered to beautify Prospect Park in Troy Saturday morning to commemorate Memorial Day as part of a “Reduce Crime Together” campaign of ASEZ Students.

The students began with the Uncle Sam’s Memorial; they removed dirt and debris, wiped down the pillars, and put a fresh coat of white paint on the entire structure.

They also beautified the surrounding area and cleaned up the tennis courts.

ASEZ, which means “Save the Earth from A to Z,” is an international volunteer group consisting of university student members of the World Mission Society Church of God.
