Police combating ongoing dirt bike problem


ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Dirt bikes are continuing to impact multiple Capital Region communities.

People were seen riding dirt bikes through the streets and Vale Cemetery in Schenectady. Now, people have said they’ve also heard dirt bikes at night.

The Albany Police Department is trying to get it under control.

The department said they have officers in plain clothes who are seizing the bikes and issuing tickets.
