Police: 4 people shot in Albany overnight

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Albany Police are investigating a shooting that happened overnight on First Street and Lexington Avenue.

The shooting happened at around 1 a.m. Thursday.

Police say when officers arrived on the scene, they found four people who sustained gunshot wounds. One victim was shot in the arm, another was shot in the ear, and two others sustained gunshot wounds to their legs.

All four were treated and transported to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say while the incident remains under investigation, all four victims have been highly uncooperative.
