Meeting held to address flooding in Stockade neighborhood

The City of Schenectady is working with the public to guide the Stockade Flood Mitigation Project. During a meeting Monday, residents got a chance to discuss their hopes for flooding solutions.

Solutions discussed at the meeting included alternatives like flood walls, levees, and even home elevation.

The City is also giving property owners the chance to assist by completing a survey either online or by mail.
