A Bronx man appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to a murder that happened earlier this month in Pittsfield.
Lance Burke, 40, is accused of shooting and killing David Green back on November 3.
The shooting happened near Spring and Willow Street.
Burke is due back in court in January.
