For the second time, a local man has been found guilty in a fatal fire that happened in Troy in the 1980s.

Meredith Pipino and Tara Gilbert, both teenagers, were killed in the 1986 fire. Richard Wright was convicted of the crime after his first trial. That conviction was recently vacated and he was on trial again.

Wright was facing murder and arson charges.

He will be sentenced on August 16.
