Gloversville Police arrested a man they say abused a child.
Police say they received a call from someone concerned about the wellbeing of a boy at 11 Burr Street.
After investigating, police say they didn’t find anything to substantiate the initial complaint.
An hour later, police say they were contacted by another tenant who supplied officers with a video showing Lee Horning Jr., 31, subjecting the boy to physical abuse.
Horning Jr. was then arrested and charged with second-degree attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $35,000 cash bail or $70,000.
