CAMBRIDGE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — New York State Police arrested a woman they say passed a school bus on two separate occasions.

In both incidents, Katherine Scott, 37, is accused of pulling out of a driveway, got behind the bus, and then passed it while in a no-passing zone.

NYSP were provided dash cam footage of both incidents.

On Monday, Scott was pulled over for speeding and was taken into custody following the traffic stop.

She was charged with two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of reckless driving, and multiple traffic infractions.

Scott was processed and released.

She is due in court on Tuesday.
