Not too long ago, the Albany County Land Bank sold its 300th property.

It’s continuing the momentum with the help of a $2 million grant given by Enterprise Community Partners.

The grant money for the Albany County Land Bank is one of many stepping stones toward rehabbing the county from the housing collapse.

So far, the organization has acquired nearly 900 properties across the county.
