Fulton man arrested for allegedly hitting a horse with his truck


A Fulton man must appear in court after allegedly hitting his neighbor’s horse with his vehicle.  

The incident happened on March 24th in West Fulton. The suspect allegedly drove across the grass to hit a horse that escaped from the Mustangs Valley Ranch. 

He was arrested for a misdemeanor violation of the Agriculture and Market Law, and will also have to appear in Fulton Court on April 9th.
