TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) —The wind and cold didn’t keep golfers away from hitting the links this morning at Frear Park.
The first nine holes were designed in 1931 by Robert Trent Jones and opened that same year.
In 1964, the back nine were added to bring the number to 18. For residents of Troy, those 18 holes will only cost $20 and for non-residents, it's only $28.
You can find opening times on the Troy city web site: www.troyny.gov.
