Former bus driver pleads not guilty to forcible touching, child endangerment

HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A former Hoosick Falls School District bus driver appeared in court Thursday night.

Leo Surdam was charged with multiple counts of Forcible Touching after complaints from multiple students.

He pleaded not guilty Thursday to two counts of Forcible Touching and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
