ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — During a rally Monday afternoon, the New York State United Teacher’s Union gathered to bring attention to the Correct The Tests Campaign.
The campaign was launched to address issues with grades 3-8 ELA and math tests.
This rally comes just a week after the state’s computer-based testing had major issues. The Union believes the testing is flawed, mislabels children, and can be traumatic.
