Animals saved from sub-zero temperatures

Local

A local woman was arrested after she allegedly left animals out in the cold.

Lorna Seeley was ticketed for failing to provide proper sustenance to two dogs, one pig, four chickens, one goat, and two cats.  She was also ticketed for not providing proper shelter to the two pit bull dogs.

Seeley was released and will appear in the Town of Palatine Court on February 21.

The animals were removed from the property on Wagners Hollow Road. The two dogs went to Ayers Memorial Animal Shelter and the others are being cared for by Pause 4 All Paws Rescue.
