Albany man sentenced in July 2018 stabbing murder


Lahquann Grady, the man convicted of the 2018 murder of Rashaun Byrd, was sentenced to 25 years-to-life in prison on Friday.

Grady, 21, will spend the next 25 years-to-life behind bars for the July 2018 stabbing death of Rashaun Byrd at a home on Orange Street.

Last month, a jury convicted Grady of several charges, including second degree murder and manslaughter.
