Albany High School students shadow Siena chefs


From food prep to cooking, Albany High School’s culinary students getting the opportunity to work with professionals at Siena College.

The shadowing opportunity is part of a three-day program where Albany High’s culinary classes get to tour and learn more about an education at Siena College.

According to Siena College Executive Chef Joshua Miller, the students are a lot more talented than he was at their age.

For many of the students, the opportunity ignited the passion they already had for cooking.
