Earth Day is this Saturday, April 22nd but on News10 in the Morning we are celebrating all week long. To kick off “Earth Week,” Meteorologist Jill Szwed was joined with New York’s DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos to discuss the ways that the department is working to keep the state’s environment clean and healthy.
